Debbie Gordon has a strong background in commercial loan operations and business services, with experience at various financial institutions. Debbie is currently the Commercial Loan Operations Manager at First State Bank of Middlebury, where Debbie prepares loan documents, services commercial accounts, and trains new accounts persons. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a Business Services Administrator at INOVA Federal Credit Union and as a Credit Officer at MFB Financial. Debbie also has experience in processing commercial and residential loans, as well as supervising staff. Additionally, Debbie holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Institute for Credit Union Advancement and an Associate's degree in Credit Union.
