Rafael Garcia is currently an intern at First State Bank where they are learning the basics of banking, with a goal of entering the lending industry. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as a stocker at Walmart, ensuring supplies were always available for customers, and as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager at McDonald's, overseeing employee tasks and managing inventory. Rafael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at Ball State University after completing their high school diploma at Northridge High School.
