Christine P Durnin has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, particularly in secondary market operations. Christine P started their career at Jefferson Heritage Bank in 1993 as an AVP Secondary Marketing, where they managed all secondary market activities and daily pricing. Christine P then moved to Pulaski Bank in 2001, where they became VP Secondary Marketing. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of Capital Markets and coordinated mortgage lending activities with the operations staff. Durnin joined First State Bank Mortgage in 2010 as VP Secondary Market Operations, where they managed the daily operation of Secondary, approved new Investors, and sold loans to the Secondary Market Investors. Christine P also supervised shipping, post-closing, and servicing staff. Throughout their career, Durnin has maintained meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with all Investors.
