Renee V.

Renee V. has extensive experience in the banking industry. Renee started their career at Regions Bank as a Business Banker in 1999, where they developed and managed business relationships with annual sales between $2MM-$20MM. Renee also managed a $14MM Loan portfolio and an $8MM Deposit portfolio. In 2011, Renee joined First State Bank of St. Charles as an AVP- Business Development Officer. Renee later moved up to the role of Vice President- Risk Management & Loan Administration, where they were responsible for leadership, staff administration, and managing enterprise risks and credit quality. Currently, Renee holds the position of Senior Vice President - Risk Management, overseeing Compliance, Credit Analysis, and Commercial Loan Administration departments, and serving as a member of several bank committees.

Renee V. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Renee has also completed the Banking Leadership Missouri program from the Missouri Bankers Association in 2020. Currently, Renee is pursuing a Stonier Diploma and Wharton Leadership Certificate from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which will be completed in 2023.
