Stephanie Shadid

Stephanie Shadid is a seasoned mortgage and sales professional with extensive experience in the financial services and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Specialist at First State Bank of St. Charles since February 2016, Stephanie has previously held senior processing and loan officer roles at NOVA® Home Loans and Shea Mortgage, among others. Stephanie began a career in commercial real estate in 2001 with Vertical Rayz, LLC, progressing through various leadership positions and culminating in a role as Commercial Property Sales Manager at Paradise Pacific Properties. Stephanie holds a Business/Marketing degree from Arizona State University and a Leasing Professional Certificate from NALP.
