Amy Howard

A graduate of North Adams High School, Amy joined the team at First State Bank in 1988. Over the years, she has gained experience working in many different capacities at the bank. In 2009, she was named Banking Center Manager of the Seaman location and in 2016 she was named West Union Banking Center Manager.In 2018, she was named Regional Relationship Manager, where she will focus on West Union and Manchester in Adams County.
