Rachel Barr

Originally from Georgetown, Rachel currently lives in Mt. Orab. She graduated from Georgetown High School and went on to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University. Rachel has worked in many different capacities of banking; including retail banking, consumer loan servicing and regulatory compliance. She joined the First State Bank team in 2017 and in 2018 was named Compliance Manager. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, attending sporting events and concerts.
