Christina Vounasis

Christina Vounasis has served as the Head of Performance, Reward and Analytics at Aware Super since November 2022. Prior to that, Christina held the position of Head of Remuneration & Performance at TAL Australia from April 2014 to November 2022. Before their time at TAL Australia, Christina worked as the Global Compensation Manager at Eli Lilly and Company from October 2009 to April 2014.
