Megan Rabuck

Megan Rabuck, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in employee investigations, professional development, and leadership at First Step House since July 2017, where roles have included Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Recruiter. Previous positions encompass quality assurance and case management, notably developing and managing the Rapid Rehousing program, which provided critical support for homeless individuals. Prior experience includes advocacy for victims of domestic violence at YWCA Utah, as well as library and instructional support roles at Washington University in St. Louis. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, an Arabic Language and Literature program completion from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies, Religious Studies, and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
