Aesha Baker

Aesha Baker is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at First Step Staffing since June 2020. Prior to this role, Aesha held the position of Lead Project Coordinator at Emser Tile from January 2015 to June 2020 and worked as an Associate Support Department Supervisor in Human Resources at The Home Depot from September 2008 to January 2015. Aesha began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Green Choice Energy between January 2002 and September 2008.
