First Steps, Inc.
Our mission is to educate and care for children with special needs and medical conditions alongside their typically developing peers in inclusive environments and support their families. We offer a center-based program: The child development center provides early intervention and educational services for children with disabilities, who have developmental delays, who are medically fragile or who are typically developing. We also offer a community outreach program and Ayudando Niños (Helping Children) Program: First Steps reaches out into the community by supporting families and providing learning opportunities for their child with a disability within the activities, routines and events of everyday life. We offer Therapy Programs: Our outpatient Therapy program offers speech-language, physical, occupational, feeding, and aquatic therapies to children with developmental delays and special needs aged birth to 12 years old.
