Scott Hongola

Scott Hongola, MA, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of First Steps Recovery since October 2013, Scott has played a pivotal role in managing financial operations for a full-continuum addiction treatment program. Previously, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer at Helios Company, LLC and Co-Founder of Finance Exchange, which streamlined financing processes for small businesses. Experience also includes serving as VP of Finance at Dicom Solutions, Founder/CEO of Axis Accounting Consultants, and Controller roles at Truth Industries and Pacifica West Development. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University.
