Megan Weddle

Megan Weddle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Megan started their career as a Director of Early Education Programs at Associated Learning & Language Specialist in 1997, where they focused on program management and client management. Megan then transitioned to First Steps in 2004, working as a Speech Language Pathologist and creating effective therapy plans for children aged 0-3. In 2012, Megan joined Dog Ear Publishing as a Sales Associate and later became a Senior Sales Manager, achieving consistent sales growth through strategic author partnerships. Since 2019, they have been working at First Stop Health, starting as a Director of Sales and progressing to higher roles, including Senior Director, Associate Vice President, and currently as the VP of Sales. Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated strong sales performance and leadership skills, surpassing sales targets and delivering compelling sales packages. Megan has also been invited to speak at industry events about company products and services.

Megan Weddle received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Miami University in the years 1991 to 1995. Megan then pursued their Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Cleveland State University, completing it between 1995 and 1997. Prior to their Master's degree, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Miami University between the years 1991 and 1995.
