Bobbie Hartman

Bobbie Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Time Warner Cable, where they managed marketing materials, internal and external communications, and sales staff for the Dayton Area upgrade and Central/West Area conversion. In 2005, they joined First Student as a Senior Director, where they were responsible for developing and driving customer and community engagement strategies. Bobbie later became the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Support, providing leadership and direction for marketing strategy and external brand communication. Alongside their roles at First Student, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College from 2006 to 2010 and at Indiana University from 2010 to 2016.

Bobbie Hartman attended Mount St. Joseph University, where they pursued a BA in Communication Arts. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
