Brandon Dudley

Brandon Dudley has extensive experience in the transportation industry. Brandon started their career as an Account Executive at The BusBank, where they gained in-depth knowledge of pricing and vendors in the Midwest region. Brandon later became a Sales Center Supervisor, leading a team of up to 40 sales representatives through a restructure process while retaining revenue and key customers. Brandon then served as the Marketing & Operations Director, revamping the marketing and development structure of the company. Brandon also implemented various software tools to optimize workflow and increase net income. Later, Brandon became the Managing Director at The BusBank, where they managed projects, developed the FestDrive division, and booked over $100 million in charter bus trips. Brandon then joined Buster, where they served as the General Manager of Global Charter Services. Currently, Brandon is the Director of Outside Charter Sales & Operations at First Student, responsible for achieving revenue goals and future strategy in the outside charter department.
