Christine Tumea

Christine Tumea has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Christine started their career as a Human Resources Director at ERS in 2006 and continued in this role until 2011. Christine then worked as a Human Resources Director at D&D Energy from 2011 to 2017, where they were responsible for maintaining and implementing HR practices and procedures. In 2017, Christine joined PeopleReady as a Recruiting Manager, a position they held until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in talent acquisition and management. In 2019, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Capital City, where they worked until 2023. Here, they oversaw HR functions and played a crucial role in organizational development. In 2018, Christine founded and served as the CEO of Project Humanity DSM Nonprofit. Currently, they are working as a Regional Lead Recruiter at First Student, utilizing their recruitment skills to drive talent acquisition initiatives.

Christine Tumea obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Purdue Global. Christine attended the school from 2006 to 2014.
