Michael Moriarty

Michael Moriarty is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at First Student since October 2014. In this role, Michael oversees a team of three talent acquisition managers and a department of over 35 employees across the U.S. Previous positions include managing a team of recruiters responsible for hiring over 1,000 positions annually and contributing to the development of applicant tracking system features. Michael's early career included internships at Textron and the City of Cincinnati, developing skills in candidate sourcing, customer service, and HR functions. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy & Management from The Ohio State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Organizational Leadership - Human Resources and Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
