Tim Lutz

Tim Lutz has extensive experience in finance and accounting, starting with their role as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1992 to 1998. Tim then worked as a Vice President Finance at Convergys from 1999 to 2009, where they also served as the Vice President Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer during that time. From 2010 to 2012, Tim held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Xavient Information Systems, a global software services company. Tim then transitioned to being a Self-employed Independent Consultant from 2012 to 2014, working with various organizations on projects ranging from establishing business case financials to implementing compliance programs. Tim's next role was as the Chief Accounting Officer at Multi-Color Corporation from 2014 to 2019, where they oversaw a multi-national finance and accounting team. Most recently, they joined First Student in 2022 as the Vice President and Controller.

Tim Lutz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Pre-Law from Ohio University. Tim also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University - Williams College of Business.
