Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at First Student since January 2021, Timothy leads a team of over 100 employees, consistently achieving operational and safety goals while optimizing costs per bus. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a Business Operations Specialist at HYUR Staffing, developing management reporting systems and overseeing human resources and administrative operations. Previous experience includes managing a team at Bridgestone to exceed sales goals while generating significant revenue and enhancing store performance during tenure as Store Manager, as well as contributing to customer satisfaction and sales growth as a Service Advisor at CarMax. Timothy holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change and Human Resource Management from Northern Kentucky University, a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
