Tim Winter

Tim Winter has a comprehensive background in e-commerce and marketing. Tim began their career as a Graphic Designer at Lab Safety Supply in 1991 and later became a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Grainger - Machine Shop Supply in 1997. Tim then worked as a Web Designer at Grainger - Lab Safety Supply from 1999 to 2006, where they focused on creating engaging content and site functionality. Tim then joined Grainger in 2006, where they held various roles such as Promotions Manager, E-Marketing Manager, and Supervisor of Web Content, overseeing key merchandising activities and leading e-marketing content teams. In 2016, Tim joined LeMans Corporation as the Manager of Content and Product Information, where they built and managed an e-commerce-focused product information portfolio and led a diverse team. Currently, Tim serves as the Director of eCommerce at First Supply LLC, where they utilize their expertise to drive e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
