Matt Watkins

Matt Watkins has a solid work history in the real estate industry. Matt started their career as a Project Manager at Coldwell Banker in 1994 and worked there until May 1998. Following that, they joined Cendant as an IT Director from August 1994 to December 2001. In January 2002, they joined First Team Real Estate where they held various roles including Chief Information Officer and Chief Software Architect. During their time at First Team Real Estate, they were responsible for brand development, web traffic growth, website UI, advertising revenue, and developed brand strategy, geo-statistics, and trending intelligence systems.
