Matt Sovero

Matt Sovero currently serves as the Director of Corporate Training & Talent Acquisition at First Team Staffing Services, Inc. since October 2020, having previously held the position of Staffing Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Athlete in Men's Lacrosse at Towson University from August 2015 to May 2020 and a Summer Technical Intern position at Federal Data Systems in 2019, where Matt led a marketing project to present advanced technologies to clients. Additional experience includes serving as a Car Detailer and part-time Manager at Ganders Car Wash from January 2016 to January 2018. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Towson University, earned in 2020.
