Natasha Ubaldo, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and development. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience & Development at Bond Vet since July 2024 and as a Board Member for First Tech Fund, Natasha also offers expertise on the Advisory Board for Aidora. Prior to these roles, Natasha held positions such as Head of People at ON and People Operations Partner at Nylas, among others. With a solid foundation in psychology from the University of Houston and experience in various HR capacities, Natasha has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational culture and employee experience throughout a diverse career.
