Jim Finney is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at First Tech Federal Credit Union since May 2005. Finney oversees an IT organization comprising over 180 full-time employees, along with offshore and onshore staff, and manages an $80 million annual budget. Notable achievements include migrating tier 1 and tier 2 applications to hybrid and Azure datacenter environments and establishing robust IT governance and information security teams.
