Matt Hicks

Matt H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services and operational intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President of Deposit Products & Member Insights at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Matt leads the growth strategy of a $10 billion deposit portfolio. Prior roles at First Tech include overseeing an $8.2 billion deposit portfolio and establishing a cross-functional team to support the Mortgage Lending division. Previously, Matt held key positions at Bank of America, providing strategic operations intelligence within Global Financial Crimes and conducting operational analysis for Protective Services. Early career experience includes serving as a Crime Analyst for the LAPD, where Matt coordinated crime analysis efforts and supported law enforcement operations. Matt holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management, a Bachelor of Arts in History/Theology, and is pursuing Executive Leadership Training at the Pacific Coast Banking School and UW Foster School of Business.
