Rebecca Carroll

Rebecca Carroll has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Rebecca started their career in 2005 at Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union as an eBranch Business Process Analyst. In 2005, they also joined First Tech Federal Credit Union and held various positions including Card Services Manager, Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Assistant Manager of Business Analysts, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Director of Enterprise Solutions at First Tech Federal Credit Union. Later, they became the Director of Portfolio Planning & Service Delivery Management and then Senior Director in the same field.

Rebecca Carroll earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento from 2002 to 2005. Rebecca then pursued Business Analysis at the University of California, Davis from 2013 to 2015. In 2018 to 2021, Rebecca attended Western CUNA Management School focusing on Credit Union Leadership and Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from MetaOps Inc | MetaExperts in 2017, and Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2014.
