Shubhi Khare

Shubhi Khare is a US IT/NON-IT Recruiter at First Tek, Inc. since June 2022, responsible for full-life cycle recruitment and ensuring thorough understanding of job descriptions and requirements. Previously, Shubhi served as a Trainee Recruiter at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance for a brief period in mid-2021 and held the position of Human Resources Executive at Insplore from November 2020 to January 2021, alongside experience as a Management Trainee. Shubhi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Noida, completed in September 2022.
