Brent Byers

Brent Byers has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Brent started their career at SunTrust Bank in 2004 as a Business Banking Line of Business Manager in Nashville, TN. Brent then went on to become a Group Business Banking Line of Business Manager for the Carolinas Group, where they developed strategies and worked closely with region CEOs and managers. In 2007, they became the Senior VP of Retail Line of Business Manager for East Tennessee. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Executive Vice President, Commercial Line of Business Manager for the Eastern TN region at SunTrust Bank. In this role, they managed a team of managers, relationship managers, and specialists. In 2011, they joined US Bank as the District Business Banking Sales Manager for the Nashville Metro Banking Division, where they led a team of employees and managed the Small Business Banking segment. Brent was later promoted to the role of Regional Manager, responsible for the growth, revenue, and client retention of the Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN markets. In 2015, they joined First Tennessee Bank as the Senior Vice President Business Banking Manager.

Brent Byers has a solid educational background with degrees obtained from prestigious institutions. In 1988, they enrolled at Texas Christian University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Throughout their four years at the university, they focused on various fields of study, including Finance, Marketing, and General Business.

After obtaining their BBA, Brent continued to pursue higher education in banking and management. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Graduate Banking Degree. During this period, their studies were concentrated on Retail Bank Management.

With their educational background consisting of a BBA from Texas Christian University and a Graduate Banking Degree from the University of Virginia, Brent Byers has a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business, finance, marketing, and retail bank management.
