Gregg Geil

Gregg Geil has an extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Gregg started their career as a Credit Department Supervisor at Ford Motor Credit Company in 1997 and later worked as a Dealer Account Manager, responsible for retail and wholesale financing for various dealerships. In 2006, they became the Operations Manager at Ford Motor Credit's Austin branch, overseeing all lending operations.

In 2007, Gregg joined BBVA Compass Bank as a Vice President in Asset Based Lending. Gregg managed a portfolio of over $100 million and ensured compliance with financial covenants. Gregg also monitored borrowers' financial and collateral performance.

In 2012, Gregg moved to Crestmark Bank as a Vice President and Senior Account Executive. Gregg managed a portfolio of over $50 million, secured by accounts receivable and inventory. Gregg established the officer monitoring position in the bank's Baton Rouge office and closely monitored borrowers' financial and collateral performance.

In 2015, Gregg joined Far West Capital as a VP and Senior Relationship Manager. Gregg was responsible for stabilizing and implementing controls on a high-risk portfolio of asset-based loans and construction receivables. Gregg successfully built relationships while tightening controls and risk management.

Currently, Gregg is working as a Senior Portfolio Manager at First Tennessee Bank since December 2016. Overall, Gregg Geil's work experience demonstrates their expertise in portfolio management, risk management, relationship building, and implementing controls in the banking and finance industry.
