Kenny Pratt

Kenny Pratt has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kenny started their career at Bank of America as a Financial Services Representative, where they proactively sold banking products to customers based on their individual needs. Kenny also managed and coordinated all aspects of customers' financial relationship with the bank.

Kenny then worked at AmSouth Bank as a Documentation Review Specialist, where they developed an automated tracking system for a commercial loan portfolio and assisted with the consolidation of two loan-processing centers.

Later, Kenny became a Business Banking Assistant at AmSouth Bank, providing support to prospective and existing businesses with $1-5 million in assets. Kenny also designed and implemented corporate training programs for associates to enhance sales and business development.

Most recently, Kenny joined First Tennessee Bank as a Financial Services Representative in the Retail Support Division. Kenny has proactively cross-sold banking products and services to customers, managed their financial relationships, and achieved individual and team sales goals.

Throughout their career, Kenny has demonstrated strong customer service skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

Kenny Pratt obtained their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education with a focus on Administration and Supervision from Tennessee State University.
