Paul Chung

Paul Chung has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Paul worked as a Business Analyst at First Tennessee Bank from 2014 to present, where they played a key role in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Prior to that, Paul worked at FNC Inc. as a Scrum Business Analyst from 2012 to 2013, where they supported and customized web applications during a system migration. Paul also facilitated workshops with clients to design customized web-based user interface applications. At Sedgwick CMS, Paul worked as a PM/SA from 2011 to 2012. Paul served as a liaison to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems. Paul also worked as a Business Analyst at ServiceMaster in 2011, where they provided consultation on best practices for process methodology and managed multiple software projects. Paul worked as a Business Analyst at Dell Services from 2006 to 2010, and at Sisters of Mercy Health System from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Paul worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Memphis Managed Care Corporation from 2002 to 2006, managing projects for Tennessee Medicaid and coordinating system changes and upgrades.
