Phyllis Slaughter, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Phyllis began their career at Baxter Healthcare, where they worked as an Inventory Analyst, responsible for managing consignment inventory and ensuring accurate reconciliation of inventory counts. In 1984, Phyllis joined IBM and held various management positions in the outsourcing arm of the company, gaining expertise in different platforms and industries. Phyllis'sroles included Project Executive, Process Controls Manager, Distributed Services Manager, Manager of Technical Solutions Managers, and Project Office Manager. At IBM, they contributed to projects in banking, telephony, utilities, government, and B2B sectors. Since 2010, Phyllis has been a Senior Project Manager at First Tennessee Bank, leading teams in implementing large-scale business and technology projects across the organization. Phyllis'sresponsibilities involve coordinating internal and external resources for projects such as Enterprise VoIP, Contact Center Customer Experience Improvement, and Sterling File Gateway Implementation. Phyllis Slaughter, PMP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University from 1989 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Denver from 1992 to 1993.
