Olmer Hercules

Olmer Hercules is an experienced construction superintendent currently working at Trophy Signature Homes since April 2022 and at First Texas Homes since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Olmer served as a recon manager at Drive Casa, LLC from June 2020 to March 2021 and held positions such as administrator at Direct Food Ingredients and shift supervisor at Prudential Overall Supply. Olmer has a solid background in operations and logistics, demonstrated by a decade-long tenure with Marine Corps Recruiting overseeing transportation needs and fleet management. Additional experience includes roles in sales and support at Sprint, and security services at Elite Show Services, Inc. Olmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College.
