Amy Morales Baum is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in early childhood education and leadership. Currently serving as the Pima North Regional Director at FIRST THINGS FIRST since May 2022, Amy has previously held the role of Preschool Director at The Child Language Center Inc. and Director at Northminster Christian School, where responsibilities included supervising staff, overseeing curriculum development, and managing budgets. With earlier experience as a Rapid Response Clinical Liaison at Easter Seals Blake Foundation and as a teacher at various educational institutions, Amy has a track record of advocating for children's developmental needs and implementing effective educational strategies. Amy holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood with an Emphasis in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona.
