Diane Umstead is a reflective and innovative leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Outreach at First Things First. With past experience in early childhood development and education, Diane has managed diverse programs at organizations including the World Bank Children’s Center and United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
