Sarah Richardson, M.Ed, is an accomplished Director of Strategic Initiatives with a diverse background in education and program management. They have served in various roles, including Math Teacher for Tempe Union High School District and Kyrene Elementary School District, and as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Ashford University. They held positions such as Educator Recruitment and Retention Specialist at the Arizona Department of Education and State Education Outreach Director for Save Our Schools Arizona. Currently, they serve as a Statewide Engagement Specialist and will transition to the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives at FIRST THINGS FIRST in 2024. Sarah has also been an Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University since 2015 and is pursuing a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Arizona State University.
