Colin Kelly has a diverse background with extensive experience in eCommerce and innovation management. Currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement & Efficiency and Innovation Manager at TransPennine Express since September 2016, Colin leads the innovation agenda and develops the Innovation Strategy for the company. Prior experience includes working as the eCommerce Manager at First TransPennine Express, overseeing the website's full end-to-end experience, traffic management, and promotional strategies. With a solid foundation in commercial strategy as the Commercial Product Manager at JD Williams, Colin also held various roles, including eCommerce Content Manager and IT Business Analyst/Project Manager. Colin earned a BA 2.1 in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield between 1988 and 1991.
