Paul Nightingale possesses extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as the Operations Investigation and Compliance Manager at TransPennine Express since March 2019. Previously, Paul held multiple managerial roles within the company, including Area Operations Development Manager and Operations Development Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Freightliner Group Ltd as the Group Traincrew Standards and Compliance Manager and a position as Warehouse Supervisor at Pennex Group. Additionally, Paul worked as a driver assessor/trainer at Shell before progressing through various roles in the industry. Education was obtained at St. Peter's High School in Burnham-on-Crouch.
