Karen Grosso has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Karen started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Associate at Macquarie - Commodity Derivatives, where they marketed structured commodity, equity, foreign exchange, and hybrid products to various investors.
In 2009, Karen joined Community Lab as a Director of Corporate Relations and Business Development. Karen then moved to J.P. Morgan in 2010, where they held the position of Vice President of Structured Investments Derivative Sales. In this role, they handled structured investment sales and introduced JPMorgan Certificates of Deposit and Registered Notes to clients. Karen also worked on sales and structuring of vanilla and exotic structures across equities and cross assets.
Most recently, Karen has been working at First Trust since 2016. Karen started as the Vice President of Structured Products and later became the Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales. The precise end dates for their current role are not specified.
