Kimm Hintz

Kimm Hintz has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kimm began their career in 2004 as an Executive Team Leader at Super Target, where they were responsible for managing three team leads and 35 team members. Kimm also played a key role in suggesting perishable items for corporate purchase and introducing them to Super Target stores in the Chicago market. In 2005, they joined Linens N Things as an ASM HR/Operations, where they were responsible for maintaining store standards, training and coaching associates, and implementing recruitment strategies. Hintz then interned as a Sales and Use Tax Analyst at Ryerson in 2011. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Vice President at First Trust since 2013.

Kimm Hintz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Systems Administration from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued further education and received an MBA degree in Accounting and Related Services from Benedictine University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
