Rafal Oblekowski

Rafal Oblekowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Vice President and Wholesaler at First Trust since January 2018. Prior roles at PepsiCo from 2007 to 2018 included Director of Sales Transformation, where Rafal oversaw the execution of go-to-market systems for strategic brands, and Director of Sales and Operations, responsible for annual operations plans and managing a team of sales professionals across Kroger Divisions. Additional positions included Senior Customer Manager and various roles focused on brand development and strategic planning. Rafal began a career in finance as an Electronic Futures Trader at USA TRADING in 2006 after earning dual degrees in Economics and International, Resource, and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
