Scott Szwiec

Scott Szwiec is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Business Unit Developer at First Trust since September 2018, Scott previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Trias Solutions from May 2015 to March 2018 and at M2J Think Box from June 2013 to April 2016, where collaboration with senior executives was key in developing and executing strategic plans. Earlier roles include Vice President of Technology and Network Relations at :DentalPlans, contributing to the launch and operation of technical programs, and Software Engineer positions at Strong Capital Management and Software Architects. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Marquette University, where education was completed from 1997 to 2000, following earlier studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 1996.
