Timothy Ellingsen

Timothy Ellingsen has a diverse work experience. Timothy started their career at University Baptist Church as a Youth Ministries intern, where they worked closely with other interns, church staff, and parents to lead and organize events. Timothy also handled various administrative tasks such as filings, mailings, and informational packets. Additionally, Timothy mentored and supported students through meals, attending their sports events, and accompanying them on trips and camps.

After that, Timothy worked as a remodeling and construction specialist at Swider & Associates from May 2007 to October 2008, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

In 2007, they also took up a role at Wheaton College as a student in the Rec Center's Weight Room. During this time, they assisted in maintaining the weight room and providing support to the college community.

Following their graduation in 2011, Timothy joined First Trust as an Internal Advisor Consultant, specializing in ETFs, SMAs, and Mutual Funds. Timothy held this position until February 2021. From there, they transitioned to become an Associate in Institutional Investments, working until January 2023. Currently, Timothy holds the position of Vice President in Structured Investments at First Trust, starting in January 2023.

Timothy Ellingsen attended Wheaton College from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Business/Economics. Timothy'sfield of study during this time was focused on Business and Economics.
