Gretchen Hess is an experienced retail and banking professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Community Office Manager and Relationship Advisor 2 at First United Bank & Trust since June 2020, Gretchen has also held various managerial positions at Rik’s Cafe, Victoria's Secret, Gymboree, Janie and Jack, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Eddie Bauer, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Tommy Hilfiger. With extensive expertise in team leadership and customer relations, Gretchen's career is supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from PennWest Clarion, obtained from 1988 to 1992.
