After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Fay worked as an Internal Auditor for a large Insurance Company in New York where she performed many operational and financial audits of corporate relocation transactions that involved the purchase and sale of residential real estate. Later, she marketed residential properties as a licensed Real Estate Broker of her own real estate firm in the state of North Carolina, and also as an Associate Broker with other firms in the state of Georgia.

Her other work experiences included employment with a major Telecommunications Company in North Carolina where she held two separate positions with that firm; first as a Proposal Technician for network systems in which she participated in the development of many winning major bids and proposals. Later she transferred with the firm to Atlanta, Georgia as a Real Estate Economic Analyst in their Real Estate Division where she analyzed commercial real estate transactions located in fourteen (14) states within the Southern Region and made recommendations for acquisitions, dispositions or 1031 tax free exchanges of office facilities. Altogether, Fay has over 20 years combined experience in the residential and commercial real estate markets as a licensed real estate broker.

Fay has resided in the Atlanta Metro Area since1996. She is an active, full time licensed Real Estate Professional with strong work ethics and is committed to serving you in the state of Georgia in every step of your real estate buying or selling process.
