Mary Rottler

Mary Rottler is the Chief Operating Officer at First Washington Realty, previously holding the same position at Seritage Growth Properties. Prior to that, Mary served as the EVP Leasing and Operations at Seritage Growth Properties and as the VP Real Estate at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
