Adam Anderlik

Adam Anderlik is an experienced professional in the construction and project management field, currently serving as the Director of Construction and previously as a Construction Project Manager at First Watch Restaurants since November 2018. Prior to this role, Adam worked as a Construction Project Manager at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. for over 17 years, specializing in new restaurant development and project management. Adam began the career at The Weitz Company as a Project Engineer, focusing on mid-rise and high-rise commercial construction from January 2003 to May 2005. Adam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology from the University of Florida, earned between 1998 and 2002, and graduated from Melbourne High School in 1996.
