Jay Timberlake

Jay Timberlake has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President at First Watch Restaurants since October 2011. Jay has held various positions within the company, including Director of Operations, Regional Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager. Prior to that, Jay worked at Bonefish Grill from April 2005 to September 2011 as an Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM). Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida State University between 2006 and 2010.
