Nathan Zimmer

Nathan Zimmer is an accomplished facilities and construction professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and commercial building sectors. Currently serving as VP of Facilities and Renovations at First Watch Restaurants since March 2016, Nathan has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Construction. Prior to First Watch, Nathan worked at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. as a Construction Project Manager focusing on new development from April 2011 to February 2016. Nathan's career began at Zimmer Construction Co. Inc., where serving as Vice President from May 2005 to March 2011 involved overseeing commercial building projects. Nathan Zimmer earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida between 2000 and 2004.
