Traci Schoff

Traci Schoff has over two decades of administrative experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at First Watch Restaurants since August 2018, Traci previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Florida Digestive Health Specialists, where support was provided to multiple stakeholders and care centers. From June 2003 to June 2015, Traci worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Sarasota County Schools, focusing on building relationships within the educational community. Earlier career roles include Corporate Recruiting Manager at National Linen Service, managing recruitment for numerous branches nationwide, and Executive Assistant to the President at Atlantic Envelope Company, supporting executive leadership and facilitating communication with general managers.
